There’s real skill in opening an oyster
and not hurting yourself. I don’t think
my nephew Dillon ate any, but he was
glad to help open them for those of us
who do.

Love me some oysters. Last year I bought an oyster knife with a little curve at the tip, bending slightly upward. Now I like opening them almost as much as eating them!
